DISCOVERED BY DILEEP SANDEEPAN - "Paranerita maculata sandeepani"

STORY

Dileep Sandeepan Rayagiri visited us a few years ago in a group reservation of 5 people coming with Amazon Adventures Travel Agency. This group of explorers from India residing in the United States stayed at Refugio Amazonas in May 2016. All participated in the Discovering New Species activity with Wired Amazon, but only three were lucky enough to discover a new species for the world, so they decided to combine the family names of two of them and part of the first name of the third friend: Sandeepani, hence the name.
