Aracely Yarasca is a passionate biologist dedicated to the conservation of the Amazon. Educated at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, she also holds postgraduate studies in Marine Sciences with a focus on Climate Change, as well as training in project formulation and evaluation in Indigenous communities. Since 2022, she has been part of Wired Amazon. Currently, she is working on the Discovering New Species project at Tambopata Research Center, where she engages in citizen science activities to raise visitor awareness about the importance of Amazonian biodiversity. Through each activity, Aracely inspires people to appreciate the value of these ecosystems and commit to their conservation.
